When you create an account at PWM Press, we require you to provide the following personal information: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, email address, physical billing address, and telephone number (hereinafter "Account Information"). We will only use your Account Information for reasonable business purposes. We use your email address to uniquely identify you to allow you access to your account and to keep track of your purchases on the Site. We also use your email address to send you emailed newsletters and to inform you of sales and special offers. If you don't want to receive these types of emails from us, you may opt-out. Placing an Order
We require you to create an account if you wish to purchase a Murder Mystery, as defined in our User Agreement. In addition to the personal information you provide to set up the account, we require you to provide billing information including a credit card number and billing address. This information is used for billing purposes.
After you download your purchased Murder Mystery, PWM Press stores only the first four and last four digits of the credit card number you provided us and your billing address.
When you place an order with PWM Press, we send your credit card information, name, and billing address to our credit card processor or to Paypal to process the purchase transaction. Please visit your credit card or Paypal's website for more information regarding their information collection and use practices.
We use email links on our Contact Us page to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have.
We endeavor to respond promptly to every email sent to us. We use the information you provide us to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also retain your comments to improve the site and program, or we may review and discard the information.
Our log files automatically store IP addresses. We use IP addresses to administer the site and gather broad information about our customers. We also store IP addresses with invoices for security reasons. We keep this information for our internal use only.

Choices for Information
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials from us, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of a newsletter. Your request will be processed within 2 business days.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
You will be able to edit certain elements of your Account Information in the Account section of our Site. Any changes you make are automatically saved. To cancel your account, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to any purchased content.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of www.playingwithmurder.com to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
We have implemented Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising ( Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings.
