A commercial license enables you to run your Playing With Murder game for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Any individual or business planning to use a game kit as part of a commercial or for-profit event must obtain a commercial license.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Please note that the game kit is not included when purchasing this license.<\/em> You must select the game to be licensed, but the game kit itself must be purchased separately.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of events that require a commercial license include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ticketed dinners<\/li>\n<li>Fundraisers<\/li>\n<li>Games run by paid event planners<\/li>\n<li>Other events run for commercial purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Personal, non-profit, and private events held internally by businesses and organizations for their staff, provided they do not require payment to participate, <strong>do not require a commercial license.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>How to purchase<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Fill out the information above and purchase &#8211; this will start the license request*<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;ll send the license agreement by email via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.docusign.com\">DocuSign<\/a> (typically within 1-2 days)<\/li>\n<li>Sign the agreement<\/li>\n<li>Purchase the game kit if you have not already (kit is purchased separately in addition to this license)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You&#8217;ll then be able be able to run your Playing With Murder game for a profit!<\/p>\n<h2>License Terms<\/h2>\n<p>Make sure you read the <a id=\"commercial-license\" href=\"\/media\/documents\/PWM-Press-Commercial-Game-Kit-License.pdf\">terms of the agreement<\/a> before purchasing.
