A single-game commercial license gives you the right to play an eligible game for commercial purposes.
Game kit must be purchased separately. Selecting "Buy Download" will automatically add game to cart unless previously purchased or already in cart.

Are you planning an event with the goal to make a profit? A commercial license enables you to run your Playing With Murder game for commercial purposes.
Any individual or business planning to use a game kit as part of a commercial or for-profit event must obtain a commercial license.
Please note that the game kit is not included when purchasing this license. You must select the game to be licensed, but the game kit itself must be purchased separately.
Examples of events that require a commercial license include:
- Ticketed dinners
- Fundraisers
- Games run by paid event planners
- Other events run for commercial purposes
Personal, non-profit, and private events held internally by businesses and organizations for their staff, provided they do not require payment to participate, do not require a commercial license.
How to purchase

- We’ll send the license agreement by email via DocuSign (typically within 1-2 days)
- Sign the agreement
- Purchase the game kit if you have not already (kit is purchased separately in addition to this license)

Theme Highlights As alcohol was not to be served at this daytime event, I created a gold foil balloon sculptures art gallery - complete with artistic comment cards on each of the 7 sculptures. As it was interesting and eye pleasing - it set the mood for the 1920's theme which all had dressed for. The art deco backdrop provided the photo op, ( a necessity at all parties). There were welcoming to the party and reminder signs announcing party, speakeasy and all in 1920s style .
Jazz Age Jeopardy was delightful to organize and narrate/guide 25 folks thru a pleasurable event. Folks dressed in 1920’s style, and enjoyed the Cats Meow Club’s “art” gallery. Balloon sculptures of gold foils everywhere set the scene! It was the” bees knees” of events and excitement, dialogue and laughter abounded! Interest was held by all participants thru out the entire game. The murder was guessed by some but not all. A real “Who Dunnit” ! Cannot wait to offer several more titles to my clients and their participants!
