Commercial License

Are you planning an event with the goal to make a profit? A commercial license enables you to run your Playing With Murder game for commercial purposes.

Any individual or business planning to use a game kit as part of a commercial or for-profit event must obtain a commercial license.

Please note that the game kit is not included when purchasing this license. You must select the game to be licensed, but the game kit itself must be purchased separately.

Examples of events that require a commercial license include:

• Ticketed dinners
• Fundraisers
• Games run by paid event planners
• Other events run for commercial purposes

Personal, non-profit, and private events held internally by businesses and organizations for their staff, provided they do not require payment to participate, do not require a commercial license.

How to purchase

1. Fill out the information above and purchase – this will start the license request*
2. We’ll send the license agreement by email via DocuSign (typically within 1-2 days)
3. Sign the agreement
4. Purchase the game kit if you have not already (kit is purchased separately in addition to this license)

You’ll then be able be able to run your Playing With Murder game for a profit!

License Terms

Make sure you read the terms of the agreement before purchasing. By purchasing on the website, you will automatically receive the following terms unless you contact us to arrange otherwise:

• Single event
• Up to 200 participants
• 1 year duration

*If you are denied a license for any reason, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the license.
