  1. Hi Robin,

While it would certainly be possible to create a rehearsed dialog for one or more of the characters, it would probably require a fair amount of work to make it fit in smoothly.

I might recommend instead that you consider one of our 30 Minute Mysteries; these are already more scripted and would lend themselves well to additional modification.

I also wanted to let you know that if you email us with details about your fundraiser, we may be able to arrange a free party for you. I hope to hear from you soon!

  2. Hi there, I am looking for a murder mystery that I can do as a fundraiser for a charity in my area. I have done several murder mysteries for my self at home before but not as a fundraiser. My questions are I want to be able to have certain characters that are well rehearsed, like a play to outline the back ground and such, as well as those from the paying guests that want to participate as suspects. I'm reading that your mystery's are more in depth then others. Do you think that I can create dialog for my rehearsed characters?
I love when a murder takes place in mid party it adds to the excitment. That is one of the reasons I am looking at your mysteries.
    Thanks, Robin

  3. Hi June,

The clues serve both as a fun part of the scavenger hunt, and as actual clues that will help the guests figure out the mystery. Some hosts choose to just lay out the clues in appropriate places at the scene of the crime, but I've always been more partial to the scavenger hunt myself. Have a great party!

  4. Hello I have purchased the Mardi Gras party and excited to host it tomorrow. I was wondering the purpose of the clues? Are they just to have a scavenger hunt?

    Thanks

    June

  5. Hi Renee,

All of our full length mysteries have a story line that progresses throughout the course of the event. There is also a lot of free form mixing and mingling, with the guests having an opportunity to chat with each other and pursue the individual goals on their character sheets.

Hope this answers your question; if I can be of any further assistance, just send me an email using the Contact Us page.

    Best,
